Your PIM, your webshop, your ERP — they all work great when the data going in is consistent. The problem was never the systems. It was always the data between the supplier and the system. That's the gap we fill.

Our Story

We've been on the other side of this problem. Running e-commerce operations, managing product catalogs with dozens of suppliers, each sending files in their own format with their own naming conventions. Every Monday started with the same ritual: open the spreadsheet, rename the columns, fix the abbreviations, convert the units, add VAT, hope nothing slipped through.

We tried scripting it. That worked until someone changed a column name. We tried outsourcing it. That worked until the freelancer went on holiday. We tried ignoring it. Our webshop filters broke within a week.

So we built FeedPrep. Not as a side feature inside a bigger platform, but as a purpose-built tool for this one specific problem: getting clean, normalized, approved product data from supplier files into your systems.

We're bootstrapped, profitable, and not trying to be anything other than the best tool for inbound product data normalization.

What We Believe

Deterministic Over Fuzzy

AI suggestions are helpful for mapping new values. But your production data pipeline should be deterministic. You define what's approved. FeedPrep enforces it. No silent guessing, no probabilistic surprises in your catalog.

No-Code for Product Managers

The people closest to product data are product managers, catalog managers, and e-commerce operators — not developers. Every feature in FeedPrep works through the UI. If you need a developer to use it, we've failed.

All Features on All Plans

We don't gate features behind enterprise tiers. Every plan gets value mapping, transform rules, AI suggestions, approved values, exports — everything. Plans differ by volume, not capability.

FeedPrep is not a PIM. It's not an ERP. It's not trying to replace anything in your stack. It sits in front of your systems, cleans the data, and hands it off. We make your existing tools work better.

Data & Privacy

Your product data is your business. We treat it that way.

EU Data Centers

All data is stored and processed in Frankfurt, Germany. Your supplier files, your mappings, your exports — everything stays in the EU.

GDPR Compliant

We're an EU company, subject to EU law. GDPR compliance isn't a checkbox for us — it's the baseline. We maintain a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) available on request.

Encrypted at Rest and in Transit

All data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Uploaded supplier files are processed and stored securely. Access is scoped per workspace.

No AI Training on Your Data

FeedPrep uses AI to suggest value mappings. Your data is never used to train models. Suggestions are generated per-request and not stored beyond your session. Your catalog data stays yours.

You Own Your Data

Export everything, anytime. Cancel your account and we delete your data. No lock-in, no hostage situations. Your supplier files, mappings, and exports are always accessible to you.

Minimal Data Collection

We collect what we need to run the service and nothing more. No tracking pixels from ad networks, no selling data to third parties, no analytics tools that phone home to non-EU servers.
