These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FeedPrep platform and website operated by FeedPrep ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
FeedPrep is a product data automation platform that helps you transform, normalize, and export supplier data. We provide the software; you provide the data. We process your data on your behalf according to your instructions.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- One person or entity may not maintain more than one free trial account.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
3. Your Data
You own your data. We do not claim ownership of any data you upload to FeedPrep. We process it solely to provide the Service.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process the data.
- We will not access your data except to provide the Service, troubleshoot issues you report, or as required by law.
- When you delete your account, all your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
4. Subscriptions and Payment
- FeedPrep offers monthly and annual subscription plans.
- Free trials last 14 days. No credit card required.
- Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
- You can upgrade at any time (prorated). Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing annual subscriptions are honored for their term.
5. Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No refunds for partial months or years, except as required by law.
- After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted.
6. Plan Limits
- Each plan has limits on feeds per month, rows per month, and number of adapters.
- When you reach a limit, you will be notified. You won't be able to upload new feeds until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade.
- We do not charge overage fees without your explicit consent.
7. AI Features
- AI-assisted features (mapping suggestions) are an optional paid add-on.
- AI suggestions are provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated suggestions before they are applied.
- Your data is not used for AI model training by FeedPrep or our AI providers.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
- Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the Service's security.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
- Resell access to the Service without written permission.
- Exceed plan limits through automated means to avoid upgrading.
9. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it. We will notify you in advance of planned maintenance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.
10. Limitation of Liability
FeedPrep is provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service's fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or lost profits.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the member state in which FeedPrep is incorporated. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
