FeedPrep offers three plans — Starter, Pro, and Business. Every plan includes every feature. The only difference between plans is scale: how many feeds, rows, workspaces, and how frequently exports run.

All plans include column mapping, value mapping, transform rules, unit conversion, AI features, unlimited users, exports in all formats, and every other FeedPrep capability. You never hit a feature gate — only scale limits.
14-Day Free Trial
Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial on Starter limits. No credit card is required to sign up. During the trial you have full access to all features with the Starter plan's scale limits (3 feeds, 10,000 rows, 1 workspace, daily exports).
A trial banner at the top of your dashboard shows how many days remain in your trial. When the trial ends, you'll be prompted to choose a plan. Your data and configuration are preserved — nothing is deleted.
Upgrading Your Plan
You can upgrade your plan at any time from Settings > Billing. Upgrades take effect instantly. When you upgrade mid-billing-cycle, you pay only the prorated difference for the remainder of the current period. For example, if you're halfway through a billing month and upgrade from Starter ($39) to Pro ($79), you'd pay roughly $20 for the remaining half-month, then $79 on your next renewal date.
Downgrading Your Plan
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep your current plan's limits until the period expires. Before the downgrade activates, make sure your usage is within the lower plan's limits. If your usage exceeds the new plan's limits (for example, you have 8 feeds and downgrade to Starter's 3-feed limit), you'll be asked to archive feeds or reduce usage before the downgrade can complete.
Usage Dashboard
Your billing page includes a real-time usage dashboard with visual progress bars for each metered resource:
- Feeds — how many active feed slots you're using out of your plan's limit
- Workspaces — how many workspaces you've created out of your plan's limit
- Total rows — the sum of all rows across all feeds, compared to your plan's row quota
These bars update in real time as you upload feeds and add data. If you're approaching a limit, the bar turns amber; at the limit, it turns red. This helps you decide whether to upgrade your plan or purchase add-ons for additional capacity.
